a oil change should not take over two hours. i called to see if you did walk-ins and was told only by appointment when i arrived for my appointment i was told it would be two hours why should it take two ho see if you did walk-ins and was told only by appointment when i arrived for my appointment i was told it would be two hours why should it take two hours or more for an oil change. I ask if it included tire rotation and they said it did and was ask if i wanted a wash and i said ok when my truck was done i looked at my truck it showed no signs of being washed which leads me to believe that my tires wore not rotated. again two hours or more for an oil change when my appointment is very disappointing. Bad customer service. I never got fallow calls, updates, or status. Whenever I reached out to my assigned advisor never got a call or text back. I never got offered or asked for a loner, although it would t or status. Whenever I reached out to my assigned advisor never got a call or text back. I never got offered or asked for a loner, although it would take a long time. I had to drive out to the dealership twice to get information and just to be told the part is backed ordered and unable to even get it until 4-6 months. But if it wasn’t for me reaching out, I never heard back from the dealership. I got my car back extremely dirty, looked abandoned in a junkyard, not even a courtesy car wash for not even being able to fix it. I took it somewhere else, and it got fixed in two days. This place is only suitable for oil changes, that’s all. More
