The intake went well, the service was done promptly and to our expectation. However when trying to pick up our vehicle our service rep was too busy “catching up with a buddy” to help us. There is zero reas to our expectation. However when trying to pick up our vehicle our service rep was too busy “catching up with a buddy” to help us. It was good and all, the service team always assist me when I need it but it’s just the interior that’s messing up the car. I’ve been having that issue since I first got the car, first they put a stronger when I need it but it’s just the interior that’s messing up the car. I’ve been having that issue since I first got the car, first they put a stronger glue to keep it up but it kept falling. Then they changed the complete sunroof part but still the inside kept coming down so they did go ahead and order me a brand new part, but the day I picked up the car it had already fallen down even though it was brand new. They even had to remove my windshield to be able to put in the part. So I do appreciate it that they keep putting in the work, but I’m not sure about that sunroof part I’m not sure what’s going on with that. More

Paul from the service department was by far the best service representative I've ever worked with. He truly is there to assist the customers. Never once did he make me feel like he was just there to r service representative I've ever worked with. He truly is there to assist the customers. Never once did he make me feel like he was just there to rein me in so he could get my money for unnecessary repairs. Paul represented Gateway Chevrolet with honor; they are lucky to have such a loyal employee. I've owned cars for over 45 years and have dealt with many different car dealerships; Paul was the 1st representative I can say is beyond reproach. Hopefully my Impala will not need to visit the dealership often but if it does, I will feel confident that Paul will make the experience as enjoyable as possible for me. More
