If i could give this dealership less than one star I would. What a disgrace to the GM brand. I have gone in for a scheduled oil change twice that took over 3 hours. Nothing is as agitating as staring at would. What a disgrace to the GM brand. I have gone in for a scheduled oil change twice that took over 3 hours. Nothing is as agitating as staring at your car in the same spot for 2 and a half hours when you scheduled to have it done. If I was a walk one thing but it was scheduled. Then to ask my service associate how much longer and he lies saying the car is done just waiting on the wash. I had be facing the car I know it didn't move. Just an excuse for his lack of give a xxxx. Will not be returning unless they want to provide a rental car for the day so they can dick around for an entire shift until they get to my 10 minute oil change. More
I enjoy dealing with all the staff at Gateway. Everyone is friendly and courteous. John Sheldon is the most knowledgeable and experienced service advisor that I have ever dealt with in my 62 years. For this visit I have to include a definite ten thumbs down for whatever team of GM engineers designed the front end of the 2009 Silverado. A significant amount of disassembly is required to change the headlight bulbs. Changing a headlight bulb should not be a three hour $350.00 job. Once again, the entire Gateway team is fantastic, and I cannot say enough good things about them. My unhappiness is solely with whoever approved the design that make changing a headlight bulb a half-day affair. More
First let me say that the part that failed on my Chevy 2500 HD should've never failed at 74k miles. However, Mike Beck my service advisor was extremely helpful. As busy as the service department is Everyone at Gateway Service always have time to be friendly. Don't know if they were smiling or not. Because they all wear mask. More

Took my car in for an oil change in a service light got it back 4 days later. Was planning on taking a trip when I took my car in the shop.
