Had 2 tires on rear of vehicle replaced due to damage from road debris. The balance of the tires is not good due to a vibration that the vehicle now has. It took 3 hours for an oil change... they didn't rotate my tires for the second time.. I told them to take it back in and do it.. he said how do you know? I said, I know, one was different... oh. They told me my transmission fluid was dark and needs to be replaced... that's funny, I just had it done here at this dealership 6000 miles ago.. are you telling me you didn't really do it last time? No, we lied, and didn't really check it... now I'm concerned that you do everything halfassed... I would not recommend this service department... they are short handed and use that as an excuse to do a poor job.. two bad experiences in a row, I won't be back for a third... More
I took my 2015 Jeep Trailhawk in to be serviced. I was met by a gentleman named Paul. I was informed of a problem during my last routine service and that it would cost over $500 to have the problem fixed. met by a gentleman named Paul. I was somewhat angry that the problem was not covered under my extended VIP warranty package and I couldn’t afford to fix it at that time I explained to Paul the situation. Paul took the time to listen and answer all my questions. He sent me on my way. Few hours later he called me to give me the update and I have to say he is awesome. The problem is covered under my warranty and he had taken care of it. I think that he took the extra step and put in the time and I’m am very happy with the outcome. He saved me a lot of money and worry. Excellent customer service skills! He does his job very well. Thank you, Paul More
My appointment was set for 1130 and when my girlfriend arrived the service rep told her it would be two hours to be completed. She left to get a bite to eat and came back two hours later and was told it w arrived the service rep told her it would be two hours to be completed. She left to get a bite to eat and came back two hours later and was told it would be an additional two hours so a total of four hours. She asked the sales rep how it went from two hours to four hours and he said that he neglected to tell her that the additional two hours includes putting the vehicle back together. This caused a great inconvenience for her because she had an appointment. That she needed to get to an almost didn’t make. I find it hard to believe that a service rep can’t know the difference between a two hour service and a four hour service. Unfortunately because of this inconvenience I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Gateway instead I will just take it to Midway Chevrolet on Bell Avenue More
