AC problems I own a SRX and had a issue with my AC. However, there were a couple of comments he made to me that i did not like and there were some issues w John Sheldon was very pleasent to work with. However, there were a couple of comments he made to me that i did not like and there were some issues with the dealership. After spending $3000+ to get my vehicle fixed, the engine was knocking, my back wiper was no longer working, there was a slit in my arm rest, a dirty oily rag was left on my back seat along with some trash and not to mention it looked as if my windows were left open during a duat storm. John did get me back in to get my vehicles engine fixed again as well as replaced my arm rest and the wiper fixed only after he made remarks to me that all engines make noise and that there was no way they had anything to do with my back wipers no longer working. There were issues with the loaners cars. The first one they tried to give me had the brake light on so they went to get me another. That car had another customer's car keys left in the cup holder which we turned in, however that night the check engine light came on. I called the dealership to advise but I did not receive a call back. I received a few sales calls that i did not appreciate as they told me invalid information about my car and seemed like they did not want to take No for an answer when it came to me selling my car to them or buying a new one. More

We took our Truck in a day early due to having a battery issue and they took it right in. Job was done on the same day. Service was slower than I would have preferred but not a bad experience. The chocolate danish was pretty good, I ate three of them. I would go back to Gateway Chevrolet again.. bad experience.
