Went in for a tire check light. I did run into a problem getting the tires. I have a new 2019 malibu and they had to order the new tires from another facility. They initially said only one tire was bad afte getting the tires. I have a new 2019 malibu and they had to order the new tires from another facility. They initially said only one tire was bad after spending hours at the dealer they brought my car out with the tire sensor light still turned on. So I told them and they brought the car back in to double check. When they brought the car back in, it turned out I had a second bad tire that needed replacement. I was extremely frustrated with this experience. As I had brought the car in on friday they checked the car and said come back tomorrow for the installation and so they could order the tire since they had none there in avondale. Saturday spent several hours there and then they told me I had to leave in a dealer car so they can order that second tire. I feel like all of that could have been avoided if they had checked both tires to begin with like I specifically asked them to do. So Monday I went back to get my car and I was pleased that the manager took care of that second part and gave me 2 mini detail services to make up for the inconvenience. I did appreciate that they made up for the issue that was caused. Over all for 2 replacement tires it took a visit on friday, almost a half day Saturday spent waiting for the installation of one tire and monday to get that secondtire done. Prior to this I tried bringing my car in for an oil change and they turned me away twice saying I still had time and they were busy. My vehicle check engine light came on and at that point on the 3rd attempt to take it in they tried to turn me away again saying the oil level was fine but I didnt leave and I insisted they change it anyway since the check engine light was one. (Which to me seemed super odd since the car is brand new and I was there for the 1st ever oil change) so after they did the oil change the check engine light turned off. It definately seems like they could be short staffed on the auto care side. Because these two issues shouldn't have occurred for small routine things. If they had taken the time to really listen to what I was asking for the tires to both be checked I could have been done and out of there hair Saturday. More
