I did not appreciate being told that my moon roof couldn't be checked because the mechanics needed to be paid too. Instead he could have explained the bumper to bumper was expired. It's a shame that you do not offer a ride for a customer who purchased the vehicle there and wants to continue getting service there instead of going to a dealer near my home.
