Routine Maintenance I arrived at Gateway Service Center to have my first an oil change on my 2020 Silverado 2500HD, A young lady greeted me in the service drive and asked I arrived at Gateway Service Center to have my first an oil change on my 2020 Silverado 2500HD, A young lady greeted me in the service drive and asked who is my service adviser, She notified John Sheldon, who has been my service advisor for many years. John checked to see if there were any safety advisories. There was one on the shoulder strap retraction system. The service was provided in a timely manner and John Sheldon kept me informed. I was notified that my truck was ready and it was sparkling clean. Thanks for all the great service and friendship. More

Not to happy The service was great but when they was it it came back with grease marks on the side of my vehicle and around the hood part the was looked half fast.
