Oil change I cold made an apt . No problems The only thing I asked was Synthetic oil he said that’s all we use. But it didn’t reflect that on the bill. We ha I cold made an apt . Service Checklist Your people are getting complacent, I found a few things after the service that were not addressed,tire air pressure was not addressed, they were une Your people are getting complacent, I found a few things after the service that were not addressed,tire air pressure was not addressed, they were uneven by several pounds(3 -5),wiper fluid low ,unwashed even 3hrs after the rain quit and not a cloud in sight.it really is disappointing seeing that I have to drive all the way to Phoenix from yuma too get subpar service even if its complementary .I have 4 more comp services too go .plz do a better job in the future Looking forward too a better experience Sincerely mr.
