Came in for a truck service from so called professionals Came in to get my vehicle service by the dealership itself. Only because who can take care of my vehicle better than them, right . Wrong. After the tire rotation, they didn’t put on the lug nuts cap on. So now only 2 out of the 4 are on. This is not the first time xxxx like this happens. Last time the crew left a bottle of a chemical used to clean the vehicle on the back seat where it spilled all over and stained the seat. I have tried contacting the employees who took my vehicle in for servicing for 3 days and it goes to voicemail after being transferred. What’s going on?!!!! More

I got there an the tire rotation wasn’t done to the truck. I told them and they said you can bring it Monday to do it. They had already charged me for the tire rotation. Why not do it. More
