Passing the buck I had a problem with my radio cutting out. What vehicle was left at service department on late night drop off I describe the problem. The first words out of his mouth were your car is out of warranty. It was out of warranty two weeks ago. But I wasn't asking for anything to be fixed under warranty. This is the kind of attitude I've had every time going to Gateway. More

I had to find noe to help me located my car he was so helpful had my car in seconds thank you noe. my car was sitting on the car wash side the whole time after noe had already washed it after the oil change so overall service guy noe is awesome to deal with.
