We brought our 2019 Kia Sorento to Gateway Kia of Warrington's service department because it was consuming oil at an alarming rate. Despite repeated promises, George made no effort on our behalf with our extended-warranty company [he said that he "couldn't get it covered," but a quick call to the extended-warranty company revealed that he never opened a case with them] or with Kia.
