There was no pressure, and we felt like we were part of the Kia family (which we are as our family owns 3 Kia vehicles!). Lorenzo also sold my daughter her Forte 3 years ago, and she was impressed by his professionalism then, as much as we were now. He gave a full explanation of all of the features of the car, and even programmed my i-phone to the car while we were waiting to do the paper work. When I submitted my online request for the Optima, I received several emails and voice mails from 3 Kia dealerships, and while I never had the opportunity to deal with any of the sales crew, the experience I have had in the past with Gateway Kia of Warrington's service department, verified my decision to come here to purchase my new car. While we were waiting, we had the opportunity to interact with several employees and everyone was cordial and professional, and it was evident that there was good chemistry among them.
