Service Had an 8:00 o'clock appointment. When I arrived they had no record of it even though I had an email confirmation. I did not get my car washed because Had an 8:00 o'clock appointment. I did not get my car washed because I was told that they were short handed and they had to wash a new car that was just sold. So as a customer who has already purchased a car I was not important enough to be considered a customer any longer. NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! More

He went above and beyond to make this sale happen for me which was crucial since I'm a delivery driver and was in desperate need of a car.
