I'm starting to lose a little respect gor Gateway Subaru. I purchased a 2020 outback xt back in mid 2019. I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. I traded the Subaru and after almost 3 months of tr I purchased a 2020 outback xt back in mid 2019. I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. I traded the Subaru and after almost 3 months of trying I still can't get a refund of the unused portion of the extended warranty. I think I'm being played. My next step may be getting my lawyer involved. More

After 7 months of test drives, reading reviews, talking to owners who own some of the vehicles, and doing serious listing and charting evaluations. Retest driving and considering all my needs it seemed the Crosstrek met all the parameters, since the Crosstrek was the only available with a manual transmission. Janet Beyer was extremely helpful and professional, allowing for a test drive in a Sport, although a CVT it was a telling drive. Upon returning to the dealership I ordered the Premium with the manual transmission. It took time but it was well worth it More

I recently had some detailing work performed as part of a Xzillon contract that I had purchased back in 2018 when I bought my car. When I came for my appointment I was greeted by Joe Kostecki (my original 2 Xzillon contract that I had purchased back in 2018 when I bought my car. When I came for my appointment I was greeted by Joe Kostecki (my original 2018 salesperson) who went over with me what I needed done and he then brought the car to the Detailing Department and brought the car back to me after it was completed. However the story does not stop there. Whenever I come to the dealership I stop by to say hello to Joe Kostecki. He always has time for me and answers any questions I may have. On this visit after he had the car washed he was even drying it off while making sure the work I needed was done successfully. That is true Customer Service. By developing this relationship I know the Dealership and Salesman I will be using for my next car purchase.
