Well, this is my fourth Toyota and I’ve been going to this dealership for almost 20 years. I’ve always had a pleasant experience. They’ve always kept to their schedule. They’ve always done only what we spoke about and if there were any changes that arose before anything was done, they burnt to my attention for me to OK or deny. But everyone is pleasant.
