Went to look at a 2 door wrangler knowing that 3. 8 motors have issues, oil leaks, oil consumption and coolant problems. I also visited multi places online to see what's the trade in value (by the VIN 8 motors have issues, oil leaks, oil consumption and coolant problems. I also visited multi places online to see what's the trade in value (by the VIN) was to know how much markup they have in it. When I got there the gentleman didn't know anything about the jeep, I know this because the kept going to his phone to tell me stuff about the jeep. I quickly pointed out this motor has oil leak problems and I was pointing out on the motor the oil stains from the gasket leaks along with the stain from the coolant under the housing. He asked me if I thought it could be fixed already.... you are the salesmen, you should know the history of the vehicles that you wanting to sell. I said no because they looked kinda fresh and it looks like someone halfway cleaned off. Also, the bolts on the motor hasn't been messed with because the rust on everything looks like no one put a socket or wrench on them since they were installed. Yeah almost every bolt had rust on the. Some studs that are used for standoffs were so bad the threads were coming off. I also noticed multi bushings were shot on the suspension and were cracked / dry rotted When I told him what the trade in was worth he laughed and started i had no idea what I was talking about because all those sites don't buy cars and he knows because they buy cars. The said auction prices. Guess what. Auction is what the car is going for towards the low end (most of the time). Trade is what a stealership is willing to give you and they would either have to markup on the lot to make money or if it doesn't sell they send it to the auction to be sold off so they know at least what they can get for it and still make money. All this to say the trade in was about 6-7K for this jeep when i looked it up by the VIN and they were wanting 14K for it. Stealerships at thier finest. I told him I was no longer interested in the Jeep, he didn't seem to care about the sale no longer and I walked away. I heard good things about Gator, maybe this was a fluke but I'm not interested in returning to them. More
Salesman was extremely pushy and would not listen to a word I was saying in regards to my budget or what I was looking for. Instead kept insisting on showing me all high end vehicles outside my budget. Al word I was saying in regards to my budget or what I was looking for. I took my 2013 Dodge Journey(after getting diagnostic from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. I had other preventive maintenance done, unfortunately 2 days later, there was an overlooked gasket or something that made my car spew fuel, and I couldnt start my car, I called them about the issue. The manager was so kind to offer to pick up my car, and will look at the issue. Before the day is over, Richard called me and explained what happened and got it fix(no charge), and offered to deliver my car back to my house. This is the company I wished everyone have, honest, respectful and great service. BTW, they gave me ride when I drop my car the first time, and pick me up when my car was ready. Service Department got ALL 5 STAR from me. I'll be sure to use them from here on out. I might even buy my granddaughter car from them. GO GATOR. More

Car salesman Mike simply got up and said he was done when I gave him the ballpark I was wanting to be in. To top it off, the manager present rushed after me, got in my face and cussed me out while leaving the store. Will never do business here. Very unprofessional business. Would give 0 stars but not an option. More
I would have given them a 5 star based on my previous connections. I bought 2 cars from them and up to recently I was very happy. I sent the following message 3 times and never received a response 1st connections. I bought 2 cars from them and up to recently I was very happy. I sent the following message 3 times and never received a response 1st time on October 7,2022. I would have sent it via email if they had ONE!.: I traded in my 2005 Town & Country van (purchased new from you) for a new 2021 Pacifica, last year. We returned from a short vacation last month to find that the vehicle was completely dead. After calling Chrysler roadside and waiting for more than 4 hours, the tow-truck came and I had to help him determine that the batteries were dead. After some work we were able to get it out of the garage and he towed it to your facility (late pm on Sept. 15,2022) and he forgot to take the keys. I called your service office and they could not find my car, which worried me more. They finally found it and I brought my key to the facility Friday (9/16) around 9:15 am and handed it to a technician (he was wearing a gator tech outfit) with a nametag and I do not remember his name (a short name ~5 letters). He was stepping away from the service writer’s kiosk and walking to the service door. He asked if he could help me and I explained why I was there. He said that he was working on my vehicle and took the keys. I told him the details of the problem and he walked in the service door. I called later that day for status and they told me that they could not find the keys. I called several times and talked to Scott; he was going to talk to the tech’s and still could not find the keys. I brought in my back-up keys on Monday and the car was repaired on Tuesday. Scott said that he would continue to look for the keys and that we would settle this issue. My wife stopped by the other day to find out status and was told that they could not find the keys and that we would have to pay $300 for the replacement. My concern is that a set of keys to my car is floating around somewhere and you want me to pay for the replacement. I agree I own some of this since I did not write down the name of the person I gave it to, however when I called to tell them that the keys were not with the vehicle, I was not told who to specifically give the keys to? I have always been impressed with the level of service and the completeness of the job done at your dealership, I was surprised and disappointed that an offer to share the cost of the replacement was not made. I came for an oil change and multi point inspection. A fast service. I was helped by Anthony B - Service Advisor. He was very kind and helpful. The customer lounge where I waited was nice and clean. I thought this was going to be a pleasant buying experience. I was wrong. While we were negotiating through the contract signing, they were cloyingly friendly. This "friendliness" changed quickly. experience. I was wrong. While we were negotiating through the contract signing, they were cloyingly friendly. This "friendliness" changed quickly. We made the purchase on the ninth of the month; our pay-off for the trade-in was made on the eighth of the next month. How many people can make an unexpected seven hundred dollar payment while the dealership takes its time, blames the new lender and even makes the buyer feel guilty because they had to pay extra money for the pay-off? The pay-off was sent by snail-mail! I was "ignorant" enough to believe they had to pay "extra, money" until I realized we had a zero per cent interest on our trade-in vehicle. So, what is the extra money they paid? By the grace of God, we are able to make extra payments. How many people would have their credit score hurt because of this situation? They were so "friendly" up until signing, but left my husband sitting and made him deal with the sales person while the owner and their accountant sat with their doors wide open watching the situation. This whole experience is the epitome of hypocrisy. Getting in this vehicle now leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More
I requested a price for a jeep without a price! You sent me junk mail of twenty or so vehicles with prices and then you send the vehicle that i requested without the price listed. The worst thin You sent me junk mail of twenty or so vehicles with prices and then you send the vehicle that i requested without the price listed. The worst thing is you leave contact information for me to waste a bunch of time to get the price on this one vehicle so i can just move on to the next when i find out it is listed too high for what i want. So now i just stop using this websight for car shopping. I know by contacting it i will have to deal with a whole lot of sales talk. So thanks a lot for giving me a price on every thing but what i wanted. More
