Don't take your vehicle here! Dropped off jeep shortly after 730am this morning. Told them I had the oil for my due oil change and they never used it. I called about 1130 am and was told jeep ready for pick up. I get home and there is paperwork attached to my invoice saying I have a bad battery yet the mechanic checked off no action necessary. No one called no one told me when I callled. Car was ther five freakin hours and leaves with a bad battery. Left trash and plastic in my jeep. Called to complain and the service manager blamed a month old employee. Is he not in charge of his dept. they suck, can't trust them, don't think they changed the oil either! More

Disgraceful Dealership Gator Chrysler sold me a vehicle which was literally inoperable 24 hours later. The vehicle was towed to another dealership and Gator would cover 0% o Gator Chrysler sold me a vehicle which was literally inoperable 24 hours later. The vehicle was towed to another dealership and Gator would cover 0% of the costs. After repeatedly calling them they relented to commit to half of the costs only if they performed the repairs. They wouldn't cap the repair work price and left me vulnerable to overcharging. I live 150 miles away and they also wouldn't split the $480 tow bill to get the vehicle back to them. My wife was diagnosed with an illness this year and making the trip back and waiting for the vehicle is not an option. They should be ashamed of themselves. More
