CD player I love my car and the sales person Richie Infurna. I am disappointed that no one mention that the Chrysler 100 did not have a CD player. I have never purchased a car without a cassette or CD player. I didn't know that in the 21 century they would omit them. I have a condition that I need music to keep me alert. I believe you should tell all customers that the car has no CD player. I will think twice before I do business there again. More

Since this is my first new car, I had a lot of questions, and the salesman who worked with me, Don Esindu, made sure I understood everything aspect of the process, from the paperwork that I was signing to all of the features and controls of the vehicle I purchased. It took 1 phone call to get Richie Infurna and he was enthusiastic and ready to help. He was very available so it made it easy to come at OUR convenience. He didn't try to yank us around or talk us into something bigger and better. He allowed us to have an opinion and made the process as efficient as he was able as we had our 5 year old and 4 month old with us. I will go to Gator every time we need a car. No need to reinvent the wheel. (no pun intended) More

He made the whole transaction easy and kept me informed at all times. The process was done quickly and he made sure I was aware of all my options. Stephanie the Business Manager was excellent, knowledgeable, and also let me know all of my options. With a little research on her part she was able to get my interest rate reduced. The vehicle was for my daughter so the reduced interest rate really helped keep the vehicle in her price range. Very helpful for a college student. It was an excellent experience. This experience was so exceptional I actually purchased a second vehicle for myself the same day. That was my third purchase from Gator Chrysler/Dodge Jeep. More

No games; No pressure: all straight forward business and my deal was as good as I expected., Mike Derway, my sales associate did a great job of finding the vehicle , getting it ready to show it and he demonstrated the features and showed me the differences between my current Dodge Ram (trade in) and the new Ram I bought. Dishonest Dealer The vehicle I drove 2 hours to look at was falsely advertized. The sales staff were quick to point that out and apologize for their error. I probably should have walked away at that point, but I ended up buying the 2014 Nissan Frontier with less than 9,000 miles on it. When I brought it to a Nissan dealer for it's 10,000 mile checkup, they pointed out to me that the vehicle had been in an accident and had been repaired in a less than professional manner. It was not apparent to my untrained eye, and there was nothing about it in the Carfax report, but it was easy to spot once it was pointed out. I tried contacting Gator, but they have not responded. It makes me feel like they knew about it and were just hiding the facts. I think they are dishonest, and would not recommend this dealership at all. More
