Repeated Bad service 4 visits poor service each time 1 st time I paid for a detail including waxing the car was not even washed properly 2 nd time I came for a free deta 4 visits poor service each time 1 st time I paid for a detail including waxing the car was not even washed properly 2 nd time I came for a free detail to make up for my last visit again the car was not only not waxed but not washed properly Complained to dodge corp and service manager lied to dodge. 3rd visit the nut that holds down the spare tire was crossed threaded, I sat for two hours, tech left tools in my trunk, was told parts would be in, in 3 days I was never called 4 visit called about parts from visit 3, was put on hold for service after waiting 5 minutes I got in car and drove to dealer, got the parts, installed them myself, and drove home, still waiting on hold service manager is aware of poor service but does nothing to correct each time I was there other customers were complaining about poor service I will not go back to Gator More

I had to make a determination for reliability since I take care of 3 Families and the sales and service both went out of there way to make the experience as painless and professional as possible. The sales person (Dave W. a.k.a. Big Dave @ 6'9" tall) had 100% product, policy, and sales process knowledge for me to rate his service at excellent on all evaluation factors (don't lose him) is an honest rating. The Service Department and Technicians provided excellent service and care through the last two week process dealing with a complex electrical computer issue my existing vehicle developed during a very stressful Family time and their knowledge was 100% on the money based upon my consultation with associates at a corporate level specific to Dodge product design which as a Team (Dodge) helped me make the right determination to secure a new vehicle to meet my needs. I was very demanding on them yet polite since I have advanced degrees in electronics, optics, and communications for space and military applications. They did have all the right answers and knew the product at the excellent level again as a Team. Enough said tonight - You have a great team here I will be a returning customer for as many years as possible. More
