I explained what I was looking for and they found an exact match at Gator. They appraised my trade and proposed a deal . I wasn't comfortable with the bottom line and they said it was the best they could do…..so I called Gator! Barbara answered my phone call and in no time we put together a deal. She used Clearwater’s appraisal numbers and sliced off a little bit more to meet my bottom line. And we had a deal over the phone. But wait…it gets better. We agreed to meet at 9:30 the next day and I was ready for the usual 2 hour dog and pony show. BUT when I drove onto the lot, Barbara was outside to greet me with a big smile. We went right to my new vehicle and she explained all of the features, and politely asked, if I was satisfied….Of course I was. Then came the dreaded paperwork…BUT Barbara had everything filled out and in 10 minutes we were done…..Next I met with Stephanie in Financing and once again all the paperwork was ready….I was in and out and on my way in 55 minutes. I had previously purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them in 2011 and was happy with my purchase. Soon after I got orders to be stationed overseas. I kept my Jeep in storage until I was able to return this year. I was unsure of what car I wanted to get but I would not trade my car for anything. I traded my Jeep Wrangler in for a 2014 Dodge Charger. Lynn Clark was an amazing salesperson. She was very friendly and helpful! She answered all of my questions and was helpful in getting the best deal for my trade in. She was even more helpful when I found a chip in the bumper. She had the car fixed and cleaned, inside and out, and I was driving it home the next day. I can not say enough good things about her! I will definitely recommend Gator (Lynn, specifically) to anyone interested. Thank you for a great sales experience! More

Horrible experience with dishonest salesman My salesman was Reginald Keith Thomp at the Palm Bay Gator Dealership. He tricked me into thinking I was getting a great deal which sadly I was fooled My salesman was Reginald Keith Thomp at the Palm Bay Gator Dealership. He tricked me into thinking I was getting a great deal which sadly I was fooled. I am young and didn't know much about buying cars but he managed to trick me into paying 28% interest rate. He promised my final payment would be around $6000 but after the interest I ended up paying so much more. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My family had very bad experiences with them also. They are all dishonest and just looking to make a quick buck. Learn from my mistake do not go here, I can not stress this enough. More
