Even the Sales manager was trying to get the payment down. Chuck was working very hard, every time I said no he would try again. Where Else would you get that kind personal attention. He's the kind of a sales person you don't find at a car dealership any more. He's Not just trying to sell a car he really cares. Everyone we had to deal with was nice, trying to help. Joseph Kelly a very nice man in the finance department makes you feel at ease and tries to work with you. If anyone is looking to buy a car you may want to stop there first. Our salesperson, Ron Apple was super-low-pressure- and so we let him come up with a price. Their trade-in offer was better than we got at CarMax- and they matched our low price we were looking for! Not only that- but after we told them we were in a hurry- the whole process took less than 40 minutes. None of that awful " let me take this back to my manager" theatrics you usually get- the whole dealership was super professional and just relaxed. I never write reviews- but these guys rock!! More
