The one thing that kept me from giving Gator a great rating on everything is the detail department. In 2012 when I purchased my Charger there was a couple things left undone, polish in hood and trunk cracks. This time there were smudges on the passenger seat and dirt on fan, volume, and tuning control knobs, as well as glue and paper on wheels where a sticker of some sort had bee removed. More

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, go to Gator; plain and simple. Debbie Patton is excellent. Mike in the 'paperwork closeout' process is excellent. They are the "REAL DEAL" and are 'walking the talk' of customer service; not just hype. As with all car dealers, do your homework before you go, so that you know what you want and can tell Debbie what you are looking for; however, even if you don't know exactly, have an idea of what you want to use the vehicle for. They are pleasant, easy to work with, and go above and beyond to make sure that you get the vehicle that you are looking for. One thing to note is that Debbie returns phone calls promptly, will tell you if she is with another customer, and followup with you as she appreciates your time and does not waste it. If you are thinking of going to see her, you picked the "Right One." More
