Let me start by saying that the only reason I bought the truck in the first place was because my salesman claimed to be a U.S. Marine- as am I, so I felt a sense of loyalty to the brotherhood. If he is an a truck in the first place was because my salesman claimed to be a U.S. Marine- as am I, so I felt a sense of loyalty to the brotherhood. If he is an actual Marine- he brings absolute discrace to the Corps! I caught him in so many lies in which I will detail. I ended up walking out once and almost walked out again before it was all done and over with. It all started out with him being all buddy buddy and showing me the way they mark everything up and how to read the tag on the windshield for the date they took it, asking price, ect... So I found a truck that I loved- all the bells and whistles fully loaded, pretty good price. I was trading in a 2008 Dodge ram 1500 with 65k miles. KBB said the value was 16,500-18k. We went back and forth on trade in value because they don't go on kbb, they make up their own book- and obviously way lower than kbb. I told him that I wanted no lower than 14k or no deal- they came up with 12. And I told them I wanted the lifetime powertrain warranty included in the price, to which he said they can't offer that anymore- on any vehicles. So, I walked out. Oldine came out acting pissed off at the dealership and saying that he would be fired if I didn't buy something because he hadn't sold anything in a month and carried on whining and begging, ect... So I reiterated my terms and went to another dealership and bought my fiance' a new jeep. Well, after I cooled down a bit I called them back to see if they had changed their mind. Oldine said yes they had taken it up to the general manager and he had okayed the 14k trade in and would give me the warranty. So back to the dealership I went. This is where it gets really bad- Not only did I only get 12k for my trade in, I paid for the warranty that they "couldn't offer anymore" ( which is a flat out lie.) Oldine kept trying to hurry me along when I was reading my contract and was getting really upset and more and more aggressive towards me and my family when I was asking where the extra money for the final finance amount was coming from. He said it was all right and they had to hide some of the trade in amount to even out the warranty. At his point I just wanted to get out of there so I told him we just bought the jeep and couldn't go thru the same finance company which he had told me earlier in the day that they were using. Well he went over to the finance guy and "asked him"- so he said, but I could hear his who;e conversation and he never asked him that. I am a completely honest person- I hate liars, So I told him that I was going to run it by the finance guy just to make sure. He told me I had better not say anything to him about the matter because I would get him in trouble and could possibly mess up the sale. Well, too bad, I asked anyways because honor and integrity is more important than any vehicle out there. The finance guy said he really didn't know and thanked me for bringing to it his attention. He went and asked someone and came back to tell me that yes that would have been really bad. It would have come down to which ever contract the bank would've recieved first- the other would've been denied. How about that for honesty! So he simply re-typed the contract using one of the many other banks I was approved by. The finance guy was the only nice guy we dealt with the person "boss " behind the desk was extremely rude to us, and I've told you about the salesman. I am a long time dodge owner and after this experience I will defintely go to Titusville Dodge or Ford which stinks, because I love my truck. If I had it to do all over again, I would still be driving my old truck! Sincerely, Josh More
Dave met my wife and I in the parking lot, after we stopped in to look at a Challenger we saw from the street, driving by. I was in the market for a new car, and had just left a neighboring Chevy deal stopped in to look at a Challenger we saw from the street, driving by. I was in the market for a new car, and had just left a neighboring Chevy dealership, with a deal on the table for a 2014 Camaro. Dave was not pushy at all and, respecting our stated time limitations, got us right into two different vehicles to drive, while he took my car for an appraisal. The process from there, from putting a deal together to finalizing it and getting us on the road in my new car was quicker than most car buying experiences I've had in the past. Dave was also quite engaging, friendly, and carried a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dave, Gator Chryler-Dodge-Jeep to my friends and family....I've already talked to our daughter about visiting Dave, as she is in the market for a car too. Oh, and I love the car! More

Rick was a very capable salesman with a wealth of experience and talent. He did not pressure the sale or bother me with superflouous details. He stayed on point. I was fairly treated by Rick, as w experience and talent. He did not pressure the sale or bother me with superflouous details. He stayed on point. I was fairly treated by Rick, as well as the Floor Manager. All of my questions were answered and addressed. Then I dealt with Stephanie in the Finance office and she was equally good at her end of the sale. I had a safe and comfortable experience and I went away pleased about the whole transaction. More
Barbara listened when we described the kind of car we required and then showed us the Chrysler 200. She said she would try to get us the best price and trade in she could and we believe she did. She di required and then showed us the Chrysler 200. She said she would try to get us the best price and trade in she could and we believe she did. She did not leave us sitting while she worked on the deal. She called us later that day with the final price. We informed her that we could not complete the deal unless we were assured that the car could enter our garage easily and she went the extra mile for us. She drove a Chrysler 200 to the house and parked it in the garage to demonstrate that it met our requirement. The next morning we completed the purchase. She had the car of a color we liked and the paperwork was ready for us to complete. Barbara was the most polite and helpful automotive salesperson we have ever met and she made made a normally unpleasant experience enjoyable. More

This purchase was the fifth purchase and I have to say the best experience. I can be difficult when I don't hear what I think I should hear. With that being said I would like the first salesman recognized the best experience. I can be difficult when I don't hear what I think I should hear. With that being said I would like the first salesman recognized but I don't know his name. I was with my wife and about to leave when he asked me what was wrong. I said nothing was wrong I was going to another dealership he then took me over to see mike so I wouldn't leave. Mike was patient and immediately asked me to work with him on the computer to locate the truck I was looking for. When we found there was a truck on the lot that was similar to what I was looking for miked asked Jim to show it to me. The truck was more then I was looking for however the experience between Jim and mike was so stress free informative and professional I knew they wanted my business. Not only was a sale saved but I spent a lot more then I wanted to spend . But was happy to do it. Great job!!!! Thank you very much More
We knew we wanted a Jeep SUV, but not specifically what model. Once we had decided on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, the transaction was a piece of cake. Chuck Stupp, our salesman, was a delight to work wit model. Once we had decided on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, the transaction was a piece of cake. Chuck Stupp, our salesman, was a delight to work with...low pressure and extremely knowledgeable about the product line. Since the precise vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, he did not try and talk us into something that was available on the spot. Instead, he found our car and had it at the dealership the next day. Since we did not have a trade-in, there was not a lot of wiggle room on the price, but we had expected that. Finance Manager Stephanie Robaina was equally delightful, taking time to thoroughly go over the details of our contract. Grant and Maggie Stiff Palm Bay, FL More
