I actually selected a used car, the Nissan Rouge 2009. Ron was very good in working with me and within my Budget and what I was looking for. When I got to work the next day, my work associate got looking at the vehicle and thought it looked familiar. It turned out his neighbor was the one who traded it in. He also knows them very well and said that that car was very well taken care of (only 27K on it) and although I did get a car fax on it, He knew what it was traded in for and my deal (yes you are entitled to make a fair profit) and I know I got a good deal and you guys went to bat for me on financing. I also want you to suggest something to the owner. I am an actor part time. I am willing to do this for nothing for you guys. He does those "bookend" commercials on Bright House. As a guy who has been in the industry a long time, He could use a change up on them. His branding is "Ya Gotta Get to Gator" I told Ron this and he should do a commercial where customers are highlighted and say "Hey I did get to Gator so should you!" standing in front or by the side of their new or used purchase. His commercials are 15 seconds and something like this would show You are selling cars and you are selling them to satisfied customers. They sign releases obviously that they are not paid and volunteering to do it. All I ask as a professional actor I can get a copy of the commercial for my demo reel. Hi Gary ! From the minute my wife and I pulled into the dealership the whole crew was friendly and joking around. He pointed out the advantages of the car and the dealership. He clearly explained the superiority of the Chrysler warranty and how the original terms were still alive on the 2013 car( 12,000 miles). When we bought the car we noticed that there were no floormats. We called him and he immediately ordered new ones for us along with the owners manual which will be sent to us at home. When the new mats arrived he vacuumed the floor and installed them, We also left some cds in our trade which he took out and returned to us. We are very happy with the car and the dealership. I purchased my Chrysler from Gator and went back several times for assistance, help in installing a front licence plate bracket, pairing my phone with the available Bluetooth device in the car. I had a trailer hitch installed which was something that Gator included in my purchase of the car along with a number of free oil changes. Todays visit for one of these oil changes included a free car wash which I was planning on having one done after my oil change. The service rep also informed me of the number of free oil changes I had remaining. My visit today was pleasant I enjoyed a cup of free coffee and watched TV while waiting.
