I FIRST CONTACTED BARBARA ABOUT AD IN NEWSPAPER ABOUT AUTO I PURCHASED, FELT A LITTLE DECEIVED AS THE CAR AD READ BRAND SPANKIN , WHICH I PERCEIVED AS NEW AND BARBARA HAD TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THE PRICE AUTO I PURCHASED, FELT A LITTLE DECEIVED AS THE CAR AD READ BRAND SPANKIN , WHICH I PERCEIVED AS NEW AND BARBARA HAD TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THE PRICE WAS FOR A NEW CAR. After using another "local" garage to replace an electrical switch, I had the "check engine" light appear. In addition, I needed to have a new key cut and programmed. I should mention that th an electrical switch, I had the "check engine" light appear. In addition, I needed to have a new key cut and programmed. I should mention that the service area was very busy and it did take a bit longer than I expected. Laura Prodell, my service advisor, explained that the tecnicians were having a problem with the security system-no power to the module that allows keys to be programmed to the Jeep and would have to run a full diagnostic. Well, long story short, one of the technicians found that it was only a fuse that needed to be replaced in the security system. Instead of charging for the full diagnostic, I was only charged for the cutting of a key,programming, and a fuse. She told me that since it was only a dollar fuse that it wouldn't be right to charge for the full diagnostic. If this is how Gator Jeep does business, they will certainly get all of my business when it comes to repairing my Jeep Liberty or maybe someday replacing it with a new one. Keep up the good work Gator men and women! More
Everyone was so friendly and helpful and no pressure at all from anyone. Showed us all there used inventory and we picked what we wanted and what meets our budget.
