Mr. Lev Lewis was very helpful. I wanted a truck but the car he got me and the price made me forget I wanted a truck. He actually drove from the Palm Bay Gator to was very helpful. Visited dealership and was greeted by Charlie Martineau who was very friendly and helpful. Being senior citizens, we have purchased several vehicles over the years. This is the second minivan we have purchased from Gator Chrysler and we have been very pleased with the service and honesty on both occasions. Charlie was very helpful in finding us the vehicle that best fit our needs and was in our price range. When a minor problem came up, just 3 days after purchase, we were treated with respect and the problem was resolved quickly. More
Time tells all. I had originally rated this dealership as "excellent". That opinion has drastically changed over the last 2 months. As part of the original purchase I had originally rated this dealership as "excellent". That opinion has drastically changed over the last 2 months. As part of the original purchase agreement, the seats of my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee were supposed to be redone with leather. We were informed the seats would be removed, sent to Orlando, recovered, returned and re-installed. Was supposed to take one day. 2 days later when I still didn't have my car I called and was informed it would be ready that afternoon. Arrived to take it home and found out they had driven my car over 200 miles WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. Drove my brand new car over 200 miles without calling me, left trash in it, radio blaring, gas near empty, and bugs all over the front of the car. And nobody said one word about it to me. Called and was informed it was a miscommunication issue between the installer and the dealership. Huh???? Offered no apology --- just a car wash and gas. Move on to the car registration/tag. When the financing rep (owner's son) processed our paperwork he originally put the tag in my husband's name. I explained that it needed to be in my name as I have a handicap tag. He immediately tore up the paperwork and re-processed the registration in my name. A few weeks later when I submitted the renewal for my tag I learned that the tag was actually in my husband's name and he was marked as the handicap person --- which is completely illegal. After multiple calls to the dealership who were arguing with me that we had been issued a new tag, I finally got them to acknowledge that they had made an error. Was informed I could not be named as the registrant and would have to give up my tag and we would be issued a new one. After 2 weeks I called to find out where the new tag was and was told it was sitting at the cashiers office. When I asked why I was not notified I was told that "she doesn't make phone calls but sends out notes and mine had probably been returned". Really??? So, we were misinformed about the leather seats, left our car in their care and they abused that by driving it without our permission or knowledge and were apparently not going to inform us about it. The driver disrespected our property, abused the law by running toll booths, and used up 200 miles of tire wear, engine wear, not to mention the privilege of putting the first 200 miles on the car. Then they completely screw up the registration process, illegally classify my husband as handicapped, argue with me about tags, and then don't have the time to inform me the new tag is ready. We feel like we encountered an unbelievable amount of incompetency, were mislead on multiple occasions, were treated with disrespect, and now have no trust for this dealership whatsoever. We would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Also find it interesting that they never asked for the title of the car we traded in. I had to ask about it almost 2 weeks after turning the car over to them. Is that not a requirement for them or do they just not follow any rules?? More

They answered questions when advertising seemed unclear. The financing and paperwork was quick and easy. My only disappointment was the extremely long wait while having the car I purchased cleaned and ready for me to drive away, after having purchased it. The department that did the detailing was backed up. I am not sure if they were short staffed, slow workers or poorly managed but I would have given this dealership a five star if they could have had my car ready in a timely manner. I was there for almost 2 hours after I signed the final papers. More
