I mean that's pretty cool for him and dealership to do that for me, cause the deal was done and they could have said it's your problem. When there is a Stephen Gould there is a way! In the middle of December I got hit by an imbecile who decided to run a stop sign! Fortunately he totaled my 2010 Jeep Patriot! Do not get me wrong I loved that car, but the true car for me would have to be a jeep wrangler! I'm originally from Maryland but I go to school in Florida! Due to the time limit I had my rental car for I had to find my next car soon! When I met Stephen I automatically knew he was going to be a cool guy! He was patient and honest and was really looking out for my best interest! We went through a bunch of cars trying to find the right one, and when I started losing hope, and getting ready to buy that plane ticket back to Maryland so I could be with my mother to buy the car he continued to look! He allowed a 20 year old girl (me) who never bought anything close to this magnitude, to find her dream car and have everything work out! He made me feel comfortable about everything as well as my mother with her being all the way back in Maryland! If you are looking for any Chrysler, dodge, jeep, or ram I really recommend this dealership, the whole staff is amazing and they truly have a special guy there! Stephen Gould is the MAN On 1/31/16, I went to your dealership as soon as it opened, excited to purchase a Dodge Challenger. I browsed your lot many times in anticipation of a salesman to approach me and ask if I needed any assistance. At least 4 salesmen walked passed me and never gave me the time of day, couldn't even say hi to me. After walking around for a little over 30 min, I called it quits and walked back to my vehicle. As I was getting ready to leave and put my son in his car seat, a salesman approached me and could tell I was upset. I told him how I had been carrying my 2 year old son around for 30 minutes and it was a joke that nobody there acknowledged me. He apologized and asked if he could make it up to me. Stephen and I talked for a few minutes, and I got excited about purchasing a vehicle again. After looking over every Challenger in the lot, Stephen went out of his way to help make my experience painless. This man went out of his way to get the deal done quickly, to the point where another man in the dealership asked him" Why are you running around". He is very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about what he does. Without him earning my business, I would have walked away from your dealership and never returned. The other salesmen that were there on Sunday should be ashamed of themselves. My 5 star rating is based on Stephen Gould and Stephen Gould only. Those other clowns should take notice.
