My husband and I were extremely happy with the way we were treated at the Gator dealership in Melbourne Florida. Cindy Wasden was our sales person and she was very friendly and not "pushy". Over the last 20 years we have bought numerous vehicles and we will not by from a dealership that the sales person is pushy. Cindy answered our questions and what she didn't know she quickly got an answer for us. We were at the dealership from 10:30 to 2:00 and I was surprised at how quickly time passed. We have been at other places where you say "oh please just get me out of here". This definitely was not the case and my husband and I would recommend Gator and Cindy. Also when it was time to do the final paperwork the finance manager, Maryann Higgins, was very helpful and explained the extended warranty we purchased and gave us a couple of ways to do the financing. The paperwork was finalized quickly but in a friendly manner too. The next time we are looking for a car we will drive straight to Gator, Fiat of Melbourne. Karen & Jim Terry More

From the moment we entered the lot we were treated 5 Star VIP's Barbara Scholten was our sales person and she was a joy to work with, she asked all the right questions to narrow down the car I wanted, we took a test drive (loved it), the color was perfect (Metallic Blue). I have been wanting a Challenger since 1972, but could not afford it in while in the Navy. In 1973 I purchased a Plymouth Duster (Metallic Blue) because I still couldn't afford a Challenger. Barbara and her support staff were exceptional. She introduced me to the Service Department, paired up my cell phone and took the time to show me the innovations incorporated in my car. She even did some extra detailing on the car while we transfered our valuables from the trade in to the Challenger. i recommend Barbara and the entire staff as Grade A to work with. More

Eddie was friendly and very helpful. We initially came to the dealership with one specific car in mind (the one we had seen advertised). Eddie encouraged us to consider test driving a another car (since to the dealership with one specific car in mind (the one we had seen advertised). Eddie encouraged us to consider test driving a another car (since the key to the one we wanted to test drive was not available). We did and we liked it! Although, ultimately, we ended up purchasing the car we originally came to see, the one we test drove was so similar that it made us want either that one or the one we originally came to see. Our options expanded thanks to Eddie's persistence. He is persistent without being pushy. He didn't call us every day, which we really appreciated. He was honest with us when we were negotiating price, and he gave us the impression that he really was trying to get us deal that was in our best interest. We would buy from Eddie again. More

From the moment we entered the dealership we were given a friendly welcome by Jeff Leggee. After I explained what I was looking for and the payment I was desiring he went to work. First of all he took us out in the lot to show what was available and was very knowledgeable of the cars he showed us which he felt would meet our requirements. I might point out that at no time did my wife and I feel like we were being given a high pressure pitch like many dealers we visited. When we started talking trade I explained to Jeff what I was desiring to trade(which was I thought a little unusual my 2002 Ford Explorer with 150,000 miles and a 2006 Jayco Travel Trailer hardly used). He made the trip to the managers office I assume and came back with a good offer which we refined to some degree but it was to make me happier with the possible deal. I was happy with the car I was about to purchase and the trade in value I was given. Going to the finance managers office again was a very pleasant and relatively quick and easy process because of Mary Ann's financing experience, expertise, and efficiency along with a very pleasnt personality. I might point out that every single person we encountered while at your dealership and the service person who picked up the trailer were the most most pleasant, helpful and friendly group of any dealership we visited. Thanks again and I hope the car I purchased lives up to the expectations that I am hoping for over the coming years. More
