No call backs. No communication. Horrible service They had my Jeep 3 weeks and never fixed and never called me. Anthony said he FORGOT. I had to call the service manager, Roger, just to get a callback. I picked it up after a week, drove it a half mile, turned around and dropped it off with the same problem. After another 2 weeks and no callback, I had to call several times just to be told they wouldn't look at it without the original wheels on it. They always look for an excuse to void your warranty. I've bought several vehicles from Todd in Sales and I'm about to buy a Trackhawk for nearly $100k. Sales Dept isn't bad but I will never buy another vehicle from Gator again. It's a shame that the salesmen have to suffer because of their incompetent Service Dept but I have yet to meet a Jeeper that will let Gator touch their Jeep. They need to wipe out all of their service writers and the service mngr, replace them with a competant staff and hire some real mechanics. The only reliable mechanic they had quit and they are understaffed with a bunch of inexperienced techs overwhelmed by the high volume of unsuspecting customers who have nowhere else to go. If you need service on your Jeep, drive past Gator and go to RCI or another local Jeep shop that will actually fix your Jeep and communicate with you. More

Once we decided on "the one" we completed our financing with Maryann Higgins. She was wonderful! William went far beyond my expectations William was the exemplary salesman. He not only helped me find the best car for me,but he drove me to a 2nd location where my perfect deal was. They kept the dealership open an hour after closing to finish all paperwork. Will was incredibly knowledgeable,and even made the long night enjoyable. The sales mgr, Maryanne, also went far beyond the call if duty in staying after hours, & explaining warranties.
