Worked directly with Baraba and Mike Brown. Experience was great and Barbara was truely a "no pressure" sales person. As a matter of fact even though I ended up with the 2011 Challenger R/T, Ba was great and Barbara was truely a "no pressure" sales person. As a matter of fact even though I ended up with the 2011 Challenger R/T, Barbara was really trying to get me to look at th eV6 model so that I could save $6000. I did not mind except that car did not have all of the features that I was looking for. I really like the way the R/T drove and Barbara, Mike Brown and Joe Kelly were able to get it into my price range. I will always go back to Gator, this is the 3rd vehicle I purchased through you guys and never had any issues at all. Keep up the great work! More

My fiance and I were involved in a car accident in mid August that left us just devistated. After trying for several weeks to find a truck to replace the totaled one we found George. It was very nice to find a dealer that would take care of us in our time of need. He also encourged us to used his dealership if we needed any parts or service. For the last 12 years or so we've been using Maroone down south so its great to know a dealer up here that will take care of us and our college daughter. I cannot put into words how kind and knowledgable George was at our time of tradgty. This dealership has VERY deceptive newspaper ads. After I arrived for the test drive they said the ad price was with $3,000 cash or trade! I spoke to the manager and he was quite arrogant. Originally I had drove to palm bay to buy a civic sI from another independent dealer who had already set up price payment information and was ready to roll after driving all the way from orlando to pick up another independent dealer who had already set up price payment information and was ready to roll after driving all the way from orlando to pick up the car. much to my disappointment the car had been in an accident even though the carfax was clean I do auto collision for a living and even an amateur could have spotted the deffects with this car.very annoyed about the situation I had remembered seeing a red one at gator suzuki dodge dealership which had 1 incident report that showed but figured since I drove all the way over there I would take a look at it joe kazak the salesmen was patient in giving me directions to the dealership as I live in orlando and had no clue where I was upon arriving joe took me to the car where I inspected it very closely and found that what ever repair was done had been performed correctly when a bodyman can't figure out where the work was done you know it was done right for those who may read this don't go to small second rate hole in the wall shops in hopes to to of pocketing insurance money and getting the car fixed still file the claim and pay the deductible its not worth the money you might save.anyways I absolutely loved the car from the moment I saw out and how went to work for me to get the deal done the owner of the dealership appraised my cat and have me a very fair price along with an extremely low price on your unit allowed me to get the car I wanted at an even lower price than the first dealership I was suppose to deal with joe and maryann started after hours to help get me done so I could drive my new cat home and I couldn't be happier with my new car and the service showed to me by the folks at gator suzuki dodge.thanks to all that helped in getting me done.jeff More
Had the worst experience ever here. The price listed on the internet was $18995, but when I got there, they told me it was $22,995. I started looking for my new 2011 Grand Cherokee at my local dealership in Vero Beach, but they were giving me the run around and could not produce the vehicle I wanted. Barbara not only got the car I wanted but worked out a much better deal for me. She was very friendly and easy to work with, not like the pushy "blow hard" at the other place. She got all the accessories I wanted and had the car preped, ready and waiting when I got there. I had to drive out of my way to make the deal, but it was well worth the drive. I would like to start off by saying that I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman model. I had been browsing the internet and even going to my local dealership in O happy with my recent purchase of a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman model. I had been browsing the internet and even going to my local dealership in Orlando, Florida to test drive the new 2011’s. I was not having any luck. I had even begged other dealerships in my area to appraise my trade in (2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4) and answer a few small questions. It seemed as if they were all about getting me into their dealerships or in some cases not responding to my emails. This last week (February 10, 2011) when I came across the internet sales department at Gator Chrysler Dodge Barbara was right there with me from the very beginning. All of my questions were answered and she was there to greet me a few days later in person when my schedule allowed me to make the trip to Melbourne. Upon arrival the dealership was clean and very professional. I was not bombarded by new recruits (salesmen that just did their two week sales class in tacky suits and ties). This atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. It is more for your hard working man or woman who doesn’t want the BS; they just want to buy a new truck! After an excellent walk through of any inventory that I may have not been aware of I went for a very relaxed test drive along the water in the Ram that I had been looking for online. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was around my price range. Once back I went over a few discounts and rebates that I did not have to ask for. One of these was a Military discount that Barbara remembered that I had mentioned my Service in the US Marine Corps. After a little bit of negotiating and running some numbers that I couldn’t believe that they were still looking to get me a lower price I settled with the exact monthly payment I was looking to close on. Final Thoughts: I give Gator Chrysler Dodge 11 out of 10, 5 stars, how ever you want to put it! They had excellent service. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and professional. All of the employees, managers, salespeople were helpful along the way. There was no pressure to make a purchase unlike the large dealerships in Orlando where I had looked previously. I felt like a friend more than a customer. I would recommend Gator to anyone on the market for a vehicle. I drove the extra 75 miles and would do it again if I could. More
