Replacing just the right side exhaust manifold, they had my truck for nearly 8 hours, unacceptable. Previous recall work to flash the computer memory, with an appointment, 3 hours. I can flash my laptop memory in less than ten minutes They only have a one Bay oil change too. It's not worth the wait. I had to call and bug them for a status on parts ordered, which they claim was delivered to them but not correctly received into inventory, thus I waited two weeks longer More

Anthony was extremely knowledgeable of Jeep Wranglers. Spent several hours showing us and test driving different Jeep Wranglers. He took extra effort to listen carefully to our specific needs / wants. As a result we found the perfect Jeep. When it became time for completing the paperwork for purchase, we were pleasantly surprise to meet Mary-Ann, the finance officer. Although she has gone through this process many times before, she gave us what we consider above and beyond financial service and information. Although we were planning to trade our existent minivan, I was still mentally tinkering with the possibility of a new sedan or something a bit sporty. Our salesman, Reggie, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and straight-forward, and the Pacifica we purchased met all of our requirements. Price negotiation was one, two, three, and we felt was very reasonable and in line with our internet research. I would favor Reggie over any automobile salesman with whom I have previously worked and would definitely ask for him again. More
