(didn't know him before today) greeted me as I was getting out of my vehicle. What a pleasent, knowledegable man, he was an expert on the truck, answered all of my questions and really never gave me the hard pressure cliche sales pitch. They quickly evaluated my trade, John helped put a deal together that was fair, Rene helped as well, then Aaron closed me out. I never intended on buying when I went in, the experiencece and treament I recieved made me proud to spend my money with them. Service department is a joke So i made the mistake of taking my Jeep to Gator Dodge to have an oil change done and once again their xxxxty service department didnt let me down. As So i made the mistake of taking my Jeep to Gator Dodge to have an oil change done and once again their xxxxty service department didnt let me down. As i drove a few miles on my way home i smelled an oil smell and sure enough my Jeep was smoking. I immediately turned around and drove it right back. When i got out the smoke was rolling and i went straight to the joke of a service manager and had him come out to see the massive amount of oil from under my Jeep and the smoke. The "technicians" pinched to oring on the filter housing causing oil to leak all down the front of the engine and of course all over the underside of my Jeep. This is the second vehicle ive taken to them for service and will xxxx sure be the last. I warn all of you to stay as far away from that service department as you can....... More

Terrible service department and body shop Gator has the worst customer service and body shop I've ever had to do business with. I've purchased many new vehicles from most local dealers this Ra Gator has the worst customer service and body shop I've ever had to do business with. I've purchased many new vehicles from most local dealers this Ram longhorn has a few issues since the first day. I was not upset at all I just asked them to fix them they said it was no problem. Of the two small problems I've had I've been in there 13 times to fix there fixes. They never call back when they say they will. The only way I can get anything done is to call Ram corporate office. Very long story shorten truck is now 7 months old and still not fixed. Update: Once i wrote the review someone finally called me back then took great care of my truck. Truck looks great and they apologized for everything that happened. But I still think I will try a different dealer in the future. More
