The positive is that Patrick W., our sales rep, was very professional and kept our needs and budget at the forefront of his concerns. He was not overly pushy. He stated that his goal was for us to leave happy, and that goal was accomplished. So kudos to him and the dealership as a whole. The negative is that it took nearly six and a half hours to get there. I understand that it's a business, and they need to make as much money as possible, which is fine. They play a little bit of a "game", which means that it will take a bit of time to get to the brass tax. It was only when we were ready to politely walk away, that Patrick and his manager were finally willing to get to where we needed to be on the payments. Again, this is the way the business works and I get it. But six and a half hours was a little excessive. Otherwise, at the end of the day they got us into two awesome vehicles for the payments we needed, and we are very happy. More
