She helped us make sure we had the best coverage possible on my Altima while staying with in our comfort zone. He guided and assisted me through the entire process (trade in appraisal, finding the right vehicle, and financials). It has become very rare to find people in the auto industry who are as sincere and honest as my sales rep (Riki Valentine) was. Once the deal had been made, he introduced me to the business manager (Maryann Higgins) who carefully went through all the paperwork and warranty options.
