I apologize we failed to deliver you a favorable experience during your most recent experience with our Porsche Centre. Gaudin Motor Co. has been in business for over 100 years and has been built on a solid foundation of serving our community and providing the highest levels of customer service. I've shared your experience with our Sales Manager and the Executive team; in doing so, we have already taken action to address the issue, enhance the process, and reduce the likelihood of future failures like the one you encountered. Several factors can impact an online buying experience (namely, sending our guests paperwork to sign (the State of Nevada requires an ink signature). That said, our website is being updated to reflect the possibility of having paperwork sent to the guest vs. all online. I did receive one of your emails and do remember picking up the phone and calling you to discuss your concerns. The registration issue is in the works; the title for the vehicle is coming from BMW, and our Finance Team is more than happy to send you another drive-off in the event your current 30-day tag expires (I'm under the impression your Brand Ambassador has shared that information with you). Apologies again that we failed to meet your expectations, we take your feedback with gratitude.
