Excellent customer service. Lonner car was excellent, Paul Molina was very good and he provided excellent customer service. My only complaint is that the cost for maintenance and service is expensive. My Paul Molina was very good and he provided excellent customer service. Horrible service! Stay away from Gaudin. I paid more for brake pads at Gaudin because the website indicated quicker delivery than anyone else. I placed the order on a Sunday, and noticed it was still " for brake pads at Gaudin because the website indicated quicker delivery than anyone else. I placed the order on a Sunday, and noticed it was still "in progress' three days later so I called them. They said they can't ship parts (although they had no problem charging my card immediately) without confirming that the parts match the vehicle with a VIN. WOW! That's a new one. Their website recommends a VIN, but does not require it. Funny thing is at the beginning of the conversation, he asked if I knew that I had ordered the correct part. I said yes so he was ready to release the order at that point. It's a good thing I'm not heading to the track this weekend. It's Friday and still hasn't shipped. Unfortunately, the only thing I can do is prevent someone else from making my mistake (which was to order from Gaudin). I'll never order from them again. Too bad I can't give less than one star. More

This place must be under new management since my previous visits. The people are extremely unfriendly compared to other visits. They act like they are doing you a favor for charging you thousands of dollar visits. The people are extremely unfriendly compared to other visits. They act like they are doing you a favor for charging you thousands of dollars for routine stuff. No one even said hello as I wandered through the showroom floor, the lot, or side product shop until my second lap through. The service department needs a complete overhaul. Called before 2:00pm Saturday to pick up my car, but no one was available to collect the one signature they needed, since I paid upfront for everything. I was told no one was available to get my keys for me. All before the scheduled closing time! Why can’t they leave them with the sales department or front desk receptionist? Zero customer service. Will be looking for other shops to work on my car from now on. More
