Process with Pat and Dylan went smoothly even when I stuck to my guns with regards to the ammount due. They simply understand that ultimately a client is the one holding controls and does not want to be stuck to my guns with regards to the ammount due. Explanation how it all works on the 2026 Sportage was exellant. So was the text message after a few days, if everything was ok with my ride. It’s all about trust, respect and mutual understanding enabling a sustainable business relation. This dealership is topnotch in comparison with others in the area who keep you bombarding witb all kinds of messages and trying to get you in a car you do ‘t want. All in all, highly recommendable.
