Dealership was awesome. John was great and Bob was great as well. However, I wasted a half a day and still don’t have my antitheft recall complete. Only to be told the part had to be ordered. John politely told me Kia required an inspection prior to ordering the parts and to make sure they ordered the correct part. Really!!!! Kia knows EVERYTHING about that car with the vin#. I wish I was told this up front before scheduling the repairs. I am now waiting for the part to be ordered just to have to take more time off work to get the last anti theft recall complete. In the future customers need to be told upfront that the parts need to be ordered. Especially when I just had another car a ( Hyundai) made by the same folks repaired at another dealership the SAME day. No needing to wait to order the parts. More
