Took my Kia in to be diagnosed, explained the problem, and they said it was the starter. I got the starter fixed ($700 later) and the day I picked it up it did the same thing it had been doing. John was the one I was in contact with. He had great communication but who ever was doing the actual work on the car, be better. More
