Everyone in the Kia service center was focused on customer support. If a service consultant was momentarily away from their desk, another rep would step in to handle the customer inquiry. My vehicle needed to be kept for a few hours so John Brittingham arranged for Glenn Darby to give me a ride home in the courtesy shuttle. Later that afternoon, Glenn picked me up to bring me back to Gay Kia to retrieve my vehicle. Everyone there made me feel like family - must be why they call it Gay FAMILY Kia ! More
