I was very pleased with the service I received at Gay Family Kia. I knew I wanted to get an SUV hybrid but had some concerns about the difference between plug in hybrid and hybrid. He was very patient with my questions and answered each one with a smile. Purchased the Kia Sportage Hybrid and am very pleased. Took my Kia in to be diagnosed, explained the problem, and they said it was the starter. I got the starter fixed ($700 later) and the day I picked it up it did the same thing it had been doing.
