I recently purchased my first EV from Gay Family Kia, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I've had — and I've bought enough vehicles to have a solid basis for comparison. My sales agent, Patrick Smith, was kind, honest, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. He answered all my questions without ever being pushy or overbearing. I actually came in that day without plans to buy immediately, but Pat kept in touch, even texting to answer my questions on Sunday when the dealership was closed. That extra effort made a real difference and ultimately helped me decide to make the leap to my first electric vehicle. The financing process was smooth too. I got 0% interest with low monthly payments, and what's usually the most stressful part of buying a car ended up being easy and straightforward. More than anything, I appreciated being treated like a person and not just a sale. Thank you to Pat and the whole team at Gay Family Kia for making this such a positive experience! More

I can definitely say that I am truly amazed and appreciative of the work that the guys put in to ensure a great experience while looking or shopping for vehicles. I have worked with Austin twice no appreciative of the work that the guys put in to ensure a great experience while looking or shopping for vehicles. I have worked with Austin twice now and he has definitely been a major reason I came back to Gay Kia, he had me work with Pat Smith who was amazing, his knowledge of the vehicles and his patience were outstanding. He answered every question we had and was very helpful in explaining the entire process to help understand what steps were being taken and how things worked especially with explaining how the vehicle worked plus every safety feature and even going as far as helping us set up the KIA APP. Gerardo our finance guy was great as well, he took the time to explain everything and the details between every option they offered. Will definitely come back More

Salesman was nice and informative about the car. Dealer add-ons they tacked on at end of sale were high compared to other Kia dealers though. Did not appreciate that surprise or that I was not told Dealer add-ons they tacked on at end of sale were high compared to other Kia dealers though. Did not appreciate that surprise or that I was not told about them till after I agreed to buy the car for the price I was initially told it would cost. Finance person I dealt with got upset I wouldn't buy the highest level maintenance pkg which soured the experience for me after I dealt with the higher dealer add-ons. Not terrible but not great either. I went here because I had a very good experience at Gay GMC in the past. More
