Gay Family Kia

KIA can have their KIA back after all the harassments from their mistakes. After six weeks, I am having to travel 4 hrs. out of my way to go back and actually sign the contract to make payments on the from their mistakes. After six weeks, I am having to travel 4 hrs. out of my way to go back and actually sign the contract to make payments on the KIA.  On top of that I have been threaten that they will find the car and tow it if I do not show up because of their mistakes.   The car has a lot of issues: the brakes are noisy, the stirring pulls you out of your lane, the navigation does not sync and I have stopped on the road traveling to other KIAs and they said it needs to go into the shop for a Technicon to repair may take hours.  It is missing the tire pressure screws and there was a nick in the passenger door that they have not repaired. I would prefer to give them back their KIA. More

Once I bought the car, they didn't just give me the keys and say, "Good Luck". My wonderful salesman, Patrick Branyan, went over everything on how the car works and and asked if I had any questions. He told me if I had any questions in the future, just give him a call and handed me his business card that had his cell # on it as well as the dealership #! It does take a while to get there but it was well worth the drive to go to this dealership. More
