I had an appointment for 2 recalls on my Kia. John took care of me right away and offered me a ride home, saying it would be about 4 hours. Glenn. the shuttle driver, was also very nice. The part I'm disappointed about is that when I picked up my car, I found out they only inspected it and had to order the parts to complete the recall. John was very nice and told me when the parts come in to call him and he would get me in quickly. My question is why don't they do the inspection and repair together? It seems it would save time for both the customer and the mechanic. More
