I specifically stated, "NO VEHICLE WASH" yet my vehicle was in line to be washed. Service Advisor Miranda annotated on the invoice and placard "no wash". Fortunately my boyfriend, employee at Gay, witness was in line to be washed. Service Advisor Miranda annotated on the invoice and placard "no wash". Fortunately my boyfriend, employee at Gay, witnessed it with me. I don't want a wash because it ends up spotted which I have to clean windshield and back glass prior to departing dealership for safe visibility. More
