I specifically stated, "NO VEHICLE WASH" yet my vehicle was in line to be washed. Service Advisor Miranda annotated on the invoice and placard "no wash". I don't want a wash because it ends up spotted which I have to clean windshield and back glass prior to departing dealership for safe visibility. More
