I took my car in to get a recall part replaced on September 7, 2024 that was scheduled at 10 AM. I waited over an hour an half and finally asked John how much longer. John went to go ask, came back a September 7, 2024 that was scheduled at 10 AM. I waited over an hour an half and finally asked John how much longer. John went to go ask, came back and told me 20 more minutes. My car was brought back in 20 minutes, but they did not replace the recall part. John said they had to order the part. I took the car in on July 3, 2024 for the recall and after servicing the car John came back and said they had to order the part. I made the appointment with John for the part to be installed on September 7, 2024. When John went back again to ask why the part was not installed he came back and told me they ordered to wrong part. It is really hard to believe that the wrong part was ordered. The most frustrating part of all this, is that I even called that morning to confirm my appointment for the part to be installed. Waiting for two months for an appointment and the part wasn't ordered, it's ridiculous. More
This was a terrible experience and we will not purchase a car from Kia or Gay ever again. I was given false information about free oil changes and tire coverage. I was then only given the price of a new tire car from Kia or Gay ever again. I was given false information about free oil changes and tire coverage. I was then only given the price of a new tire without factoring in labor, tax or oil change. Total scam. I would have never come to the dealership for these services but they were supposed to have been covered. It’s also incredibly unprofessional to talk about other employees. It shouldn’t matter who sold me my car. I was promised services, told a price and amount of time it would take. None of those were honored. More

I’ve been involved with purchasing 4 new cars over the last 25 years and do believe this was the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Austin was the most professional and well versed dealer repre last 25 years and do believe this was the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Austin was the most professional and well versed dealer representative I’ve ever been lucky enough to work with. He spent the morning and well into the afternoon with my niece and I to come up with the car she truly wanted. We never felt anything less than completely and totally taken care of. Not only is he knowledgeable about the different models she was interested in but offered thoughtful, near paternal guidance and advice when my niece was unsure or concerned about which cars, options, and varieties of alternatives as to what would and would not work when considering one. When she finally made her mind up, we both felt good about the outcome thanks to all the guidance and care. Every step of the process was explained and when taking delivery, all the operation and use was fully and knowledgeably explained. He even set up her first service appointment for her and wanted to make sure we completely understood the operation of the vehicle. Again it is no exaggeration to say this was best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Again Austin!!! More
