If I could give less than one star, I would. Let's start with the "appointment"--that means nothing if your car needs other than an oil change. If your car needs diagnosis, forget it. No one looked at it until Friday or Saturday. Really? Then it takes weeks to get the part. Ok, whatever. But then there's the stall--we think the car will be ready on Friday; Saturday at the latest. Yeah, that comes and goes twice. Why? Oh...another part is needed that was supposed to be on the truck, but then..it is not. And again and again. Before you know it, it's now 4 weeks later. So, I finally do to pick up the car. They nicely came to pick me up (had no other way of getting there) and I drive the car out of the lot and, SURPRISE, the same check engine light goes on when I'm half a mile out. Yikes! I drive back and, SURPRISE all the mechancs go to lunch at the same time? WHAT? Who does that? WHY would any respectible dealer do that? Well, had to wait, because, you know, it's mechanic lunch time. Drove out of the lot; realized on the way home they forgot to fasten the back seat cushions to the frame. Sorry, at this point, I am NOT going back. Husband drove it in later in the week and it was fixed immediately--with the same xx platitudes that we have gotten for four weeks. No remorse. No offer of a loaner. No nothing. I obviously need a new car if my car is in the shop for 4 weeks. Will it be a KIA? NO. it will not be a KIA. Cannot continue to deal with this incompetent dealership. All excuses. No consideration for the lack of use of my car. A guy came in with an appointment while I was waiting for the mechanics to get back from lunch. He needed a technician to listen to something while driving the car. He made an APPOINTMENT. and made it clear that he needed a technician to listen to the car. OOPS, they made the appointment at a time when all the technicians are at lunch. Sorry, SOL. Heard the same service rep say to someone else, "If you want a loaner, you are 15th in line". WHAT? I love my KIA. But I will be trading it in for a car with a dealership that has some respect for my time and doesn't treat me like I'm nothing. Do not do business with this place. They don't give a sh.. More
