I have been using Gay for several years and have always been pleased with every service I’ve received. I ehave had many different service reps and all have been super great. This time I had Kevin West for been pleased with every service I’ve received. I ehave had many different service reps and all have been super great. This time I had Kevin West for my purchase of 4 new tires. He reserved the tires I needed so all was ready when I arrived. I cannot say enough about Kevin’s help . Now I want to address not sure which is responsible for setting prices Kia motors or Gay Kia. They advertised buying 4 tires receive onefor a dollar. I feel that was false. I priced the exact same tires at my local tire store and their price for tires, balance and alignment was $5 dollars less so actually I was really not getting a free tire from Kia. I went with Kia because I like keeping everything at dealer. If it had been a larger span I would have gone where the lesser price was. Note I explained this to Kevin of course he can’t determine price but he was so kind to discount the $5. Thanks Kevin. More
