Experience was ok. The manager was keen on going on and on about how we "could call everyday" but shouldn't cause he will call with new info. He went on for like 15 minutes about how we shouldn't call. I felt like I was bothering the guy before I even had a chance to have a question. Also was very short with his answers. Before we could ask "and no we don't have a car or even a guy to drive you out to the front." There's more but that's the jist. When I went to pick up my car he was much nicer. I don't know why. The service was very poor. The vehicle was taken in twice for the same issue. The first time I was told there was nothing wrong. The second time, which was one day later after The vehicle was taken in twice for the same issue. The first time I was told there was nothing wrong. The second time, which was one day later after picking it up, the issue was finally found. But they could not fix it until their technician completed his classes. I assume he was not certified therefore my vehicle had to wait. My vehicle was in the shop nearly a month. When I requested a loaner vehicle, I was told they could not help with the request. I will never buy a vehicle from Gay. I have told all my family and friends not to purchase or take their vehicles in for service there. It is best to take it to another reputable mechanic. More
